Terms & Conditions
Exclusively You Facial Clinic
These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Exclusively You Facial Clinic.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Consultations & Suitability
All treatments are subject to a consultation to assess suitability. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not considered appropriate or safe.
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment.
Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or over for all injectable treatments. Proof of age may be required.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointments must be booked in advance.
A non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings to secure your appointment.
Please ensure you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only if sufficient notice (minimum 24 hours) is given.
Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Results & Expectations
Results vary from person to person. No guarantees can be made regarding the outcome of any treatment.
A course of treatments may be recommended to achieve desired results.
Aftercare
Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect results and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects caused by not following guidance.
Medical Conditions & Contraindications
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies or changes in health prior to treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for all individuals.
Liability
Exclusively You Facial Clinic will not be held liable for any adverse reactions where full and accurate medical information has not been provided.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on treatments once carried out.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Any concerns should be raised promptly so we can review and advise.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within the stated expiry date.
Amendments
Exclusively You Facial Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
